We’re on the lookout for a super talented Product Manager to join our cutting edge team here at Altitude Ads. The particular person we’re on the lookout for is passionate, creative and ready to disrupt the market of a billion-dollar industry! You will have a particular focus on customer retention, shopping cart performance, new product initiatives and customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, plan, execute and control Retention of the customer life stage (Lead Generation, New Name Retention, Loyalty/Existing Customer Retention, Churn Prevention & Reactivation)

  • Develop and maintain road-maps for customer experience to increase retention

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for product enhancements/improvements. 

  • Develop and implement methods to Drive progress and grow an increasingly loyal customer base

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to diminish shopping cart abandonment rate

  • Utilize data to understand customer behavior as well as business objectives; transform those insights into clear business requirement documents (BRD) and product requirement documents (PRD) for product enhancements and new features

  • Build an in-depth understanding of customer base and use customer data to help build a product delivering maximum customer value

  • Drive insights to deliver new areas of opportunity for the business

  • Create & develop Campaigns to engage and retain customers

  • Ensure customers are able to seamlessly complete their entire customer journey

  • Develop product specifications for our internal development team

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop improved products & methods that improve customer satisfaction and drive efficiency


Ideal Requirements


  • 4+ years experience in eCommerce or B2C product management

  • Track record of building high-impact consumer experience features and products

  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with A/B and/or multivariate testing

  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and architecting data solutions.

  • A proven history increasing customer Retention preferably within e-commerce businesses

  • Experience Managing retention strategy in a subscription-based business

  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools eg Google Analytics
